Tiffanie Robinson


Tiffanie serves as the President/CEO of Lamp Post Properties. She fell in love with Chattanooga when she moved to the city in 2007 and is grateful to be a part of the exciting growth that’s taken place over the last 10 years. Tiffanie spends her time thinking of strategic partners and pathways for LPP. She enjoys musical theater, Stevie Nicks, karaoke and playing with her kids, Elijah and Redding. Her husband, Mike, is pretty cool too.  



Marketing; Tomorrow Building Manager

A native of Chattanooga, Stephanie moved back in 2016 after 11 years away (in New York, Amsterdam, Shanghai, London, and Mumbai.) Thrilled to be back in her hometown during such an exciting time, Stephanie is responsible for managing the Tomorrow Building and filling it with exciting people enthusiastic about this city’s transformation.







Matt Ashworth

Properties and Maintenance Manager

As property manager, Matt keeps our properties running smoothly. He is responsible for building functionality, maintenance, and daily operations. Originally from Knoxville, Matt landed in Chattanooga in 1997 and hasn’t looked back. He’s married to beautiful Renee and spends most of his free time wrangling his two daughters. He also makes some pretty delicious beer when he gets a chance.



Autumn is a rising Senior Entrepreneurship Honors Student at Samford University's Brock School of Business. This past year Autumn interned for AT&T's innovation center, Birmingham's economic development organization REV Birmingham, and even StuRents, out of London! She is thrilled to be at Lamp Post Properties this summer, working to identify and recruit the next generation of restaurants and retailers who will help make Chattanooga’s Innovation District come alive.



Director of Project Management

Thomas joined Lamp Post Properties with 10 years of real estate development experience (CS & Associates, The Krystal Company, The Hutton Company) and heads all LPP development projects with regards to due diligence, architect/civil engineer coordination, GC bidding and construction. He’s married to the wonderful Laurahelen Childs Clark and was blessed with an adopted newborn baby girl, Campbell Louise in January 2016. Thomas is also a co-founder of Chattanooga Football Club.




Hunter is a Rising senior at the STEM School of Chattanooga. Originally from New Jersey, his family moved to Chattanooga about 10 years ago and he’s been here ever since. Throughout high school he’s worked with multiple local companies, big and small, including The Hunter Museum, Branch Technology, H&K Architects, and WestRock doing projects established by the companies specifically for STEM School students. In his free time he enjoys putting hours into his many Xbox titles.
