Now this one is something special. There was once a day when Cherry Street was known as Chattanooga’s premier shopping district, but now some of its buildings sit at the core of the Innovation District, vacant. With the help of our friends at PV Design, we will transform the historic Cooper’s Office Supply buildings into the 19,000 square feet of collaborative work space and call it the CO-OP.

Designers and architects will office out of the top floor, using the rooftop for events, while the first floor and basement will come alive with two new restaurants. But we’re not stopping there! The alleyway will also get a makeover and will allow our restaurant tenants to extend seating onto the patio. Face it, by the time it opens in Summer 2017, the CO-OP will have it all.
